Robyn Winters, M.A., is President of Stand Up, Stand Out!^® International, Inc. Robyn is a Presentation, Communication, and Whole Brain Thinking expert whose services include professional speaking, seminar facilitation, and coaching/consulting. Since 1987, Robyn has worked with organizations and individuals to achieve a world class presence.

Robyn's unique approach combines the art of presenting and communicating with the science of whole brain thinking, creating interactions that are specifically targeted to audience thinking preferences. The result? You engage every listener, every time, and become memorable. And, people will remember and act on what you say.

Robyn is a frequent presenter at conferences, including the Independent Community Bankers of America (2008), the NSA National Convention (2007), the Herrmann International THINC Conference (2006) and Inspiring Women’s Success (2006). She has worked with an array of clients and organizations, including American Express, Delta Air Lines, Home Shopping Network, KPMG, and Hoffman LaRoche. Robyn is a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Robyn holds a Master’s Degree from Wesleyan University, and has been an adjunct faculty member of Cornell University’s School of Management Programs since 1995.
